We typically reply within 24–48 business hours (longer during holidays).

Please email service@volaea.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A short description of what you need (and any relevant screenshots)

If you’re asking about tracking, include your tracking number if you have it. We typically reply within 24–48 business hours (longer during holidays).

If a piece is missing or damaged during your build, we offer free replacements under our Uninterrupted Build Guarantee.

Before you request parts: check all bags and packing material, continue the build if you can (the part may appear later), and look for spare elements included in many sets.

To request replacement parts, email service@volaea.com with:

  • Order number
  • Set name (as shown on the box)
  • Shipping address
  • photo of your instruction page with the missing part circled and quantity noted

We typically confirm within 1–2 business days; replacement parts usually ship within 3–7 business days after approval (longer in peak season).

Stuck on a step? We’re here to help you finish the build.
